We are straight forward about fees and costs.
Clients deserve to know the costs and attorney fees anticipated for their case. You would not go to a doctor, hire a contractor, or retain any other professional services without knowing from the start the anticipated costs of those services. Hiring an attorney should not be any different.
We do not charge "flat rates" for basic legal services. A "flat rate" is nothing more than a lawyer's way of getting the maximum dollar from you for the minimum amount of work he or she performs. We charge our services by the hour. We work an hour for you, and expect to be paid for that hour. If a matter can be handled quickly then you pay only for the time we spent on your case.
Personal injury, workers' compensation, and many tort and contract type cases can be handled on a contingent fee basis. In contingent fee cases there is no fee if we do not recover for you.

Courts of Central Alabama.
Regardless of whether you need an attorney in State, Federal or Municipal Court we can help. We have represented clients in 100 different venues across Alabama and Tennessee including all Alabama Federal and County Courts and most major Municipal Courts in Central Alabama.
